Focus and Scope

Journal of Engineering and High Technology (JEHT) is a peer-reviewed international journal published by PRIVIETLAB. The journal is dedicated to advancing knowledge in engineering and high technology, emphasizing rigorous theoretical, experimental, and computational studies that contribute to the design, optimization, and performance of technological systems.

JEHT prioritizes contributions rooted in engineering, applied sciences, and advanced technologies. Studies that touch on management, operations, or economics are welcome only insofar as they are tightly linked to engineering or technological problems (e.g., techno-economic analysis, optimization of engineering systems, or technology adoption in industrial settings). Pure management or business studies are not the primary focus of this journal.

JEHT welcomes high-quality original papers from (but not limited to) the following areas:

  • Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, and Mechatronics Engineering

  • High Technology Systems and Emerging Technologies

    • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in Engineering

    • Internet of Things (IoT) and Cyber-Physical Systems

    • Robotics, Automation, and Smart Manufacturing

    • Embedded Systems and Control Systems

  • Process and Production Engineering

    • Process design, modelling, and simulation

    • Process intensification and scale-up

    • Energy systems, thermal engineering, and renewable technologies

  • Supply Chain Engineering and Logistics Systems
(e.g., network design, routing, optimization, simulation of logistics systems)

  • Quality Engineering and Reliability

    • Reliability analysis, fault diagnosis, predictive maintenance

    • Statistical quality control and process capability

  • Operations Research and Game Theory in Engineering Contexts

    • Optimization models, algorithms, and simulation for engineering problems

    • Game-theoretic models related to infrastructure, networks, or technology competition

  • Data-Driven Engineering and Engineering Econometrics

    • Advanced modelling, forecasting, and analytics for engineering data

    • Techno-economic and performance evaluation of engineering systems

The journal encourages:

  • Original research articles (theoretical, experimental, computational, or hybrid)

  • Methodological and modelling papers that propose or refine analytical, numerical, or simulation methods for engineering applications

  • Comprehensive review articles and state-of-the-art surveys on emerging engineering and high-technology topics

  • Short communications / technical notes reporting significant new findings, methods, or prototypes

All submissions must demonstrate clear engineering relevance, methodological rigor, and a well-articulated contribution to the advancement of engineering and high technology fields.
