With effect from No. 1, Vol. 6 (2026), the publishing responsibility for the Central Community Development Journal (CCDJ) has been formally transferred to ACADLORE Publishing.
From this issue onward, ACADLORE Publishing oversees the journal's editorial management, peer review process, production, and publication. This transition is intended to further consolidate the journal's operational structure and support its steady academic development.
The journal's Aims and Scope remain unchanged, and the current Editorial Board continues to serve in its existing roles, ensuring continuity in academic direction and editorial standards.
Manuscripts submitted prior to the official transfer date through the previous submission system will proceed according to the established process to ensure an orderly transition.
CCDJ is a bi-annual refereed journal concerned with the practice and processes of community development. It provides a forum for academics, practitioners and community representatives to explore issues and reflect on practices relating to the full range of community development activity
