VISITORS
Central Community Development Journal (CCDJ) publishes original, unpublished studies related to management, marketing and business. Each paper has to have a certain format in order to be published in the journal.
Authors must prepare and upload two separate documents during submission:
Title Page Document
The title page must include:
The full title of the manuscript.
Names of all authors, along with their institutional affiliations and email addresses.
The corresponding author clearly identified.
Acknowledgments (if applicable).
Funding information (if applicable).
Conflict of interest disclosure (if applicable).
Blind Manuscript Document
The blind document must:
Exclude all author-identifying information.
Be fully anonymized to support the double-blind peer review process.
Contain only the manuscript content, including the abstract, keywords, main body text, tables, figures, and references.
Manuscript Structure and Word Count
Manuscripts must have a minimum of 3,500 words and a maximum of 12,000 words, excluding references, tables, and figures.
Manuscripts must be written in clear academic English and follow the Central Community Development Journal (CCDJ) formatting guidelines as specified in the provided template.
Reference Requirements
Manuscripts must include a minimum of 15 scholarly references.
References must be formatted according to APA 7th edition style.
Similarity and AI Detection Policy
The maximum allowable similarity index is 20%, excluding references, using Turnitin and other similarity detection software.
The maximum allowable AI-generated content detected is 20%, assessed through Turnitin AI detection and other dedicated software tools.
Submissions exceeding these thresholds will be automatically desk-rejected without review.
Authors are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review their manuscripts for originality and ensure proper citation and paraphrasing prior to submission.
All submission a will be initially assessed by the editor for suitability for the journal. Papers deemed suitable are then typically sent to two independent expert reviewers to assess the scientific quality of the paper. Reviewers are expected to respond in 30 days. The Editor is responsible for the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of articles. The Editor's decision is final.
The following style of instructions should be followed in the manuscripts submitted for publication in the Central Community Development Journal (CCDJ).
1. All submitted manuscripts must be original work that is not submitted to another journal or under consideration for publication in another form, such as a monograph or chapter of a book. Authors of submitted papers are obligated not to submit their paper for publication elsewhere until an editorial decision is rendered on their submission.
2. The text of the manuscript should be prepared in 12 pt type Garamond with 1 inch margins. The text should be single spaced.
3. The title page shall contain the title of the manuscript, an abstract of not more than 200 words, 2-6 Keywords.
4. Tables and Figures must be numbered with Roman numerals and should be placed in the appropriate place in the main text. Tables can be single spaced and the font size should be 10 pt. Each table and figure must have a title followed by a descriptive legend.
5. Equations must be numbered consecutively on the right margin. Please submit math equations as editable text and not as images.
6. References appear at the end of the paper. They should be single spaced and 12 pt font size Garamond. APA reference and citations format should be used. Ensure that All references mentioned in the Reference List are cited in the text, and vice versa.
All citations in the text should refer to:
1. Single author: the author's name (without initials, unless there is ambiguity) and the year of publication;
2. Two authors: both authors' names and the year of publication;
3. Three or more authors: first author's name followed by 'et al.' and the year of publication.
Citations may be made directly (or parenthetically). Groups of references can be listed either first alphabetically, then chronologically, or vice versa.
Examples: 'as demonstrated (Fahlevi, 2000a, 2000b, 1999; Ozturk and Acaravci, 1999)…. Or, as demonstrated (Fahlevi, 1999; Purwanto, 2000)… Asbari et al. (2010) have recently shown …'
List: References should be arranged first alphabetically and then further sorted chronologically if necessary. More than one reference from the same author(s) in the same year must be identified by the letters 'a', 'b', 'c', etc., placed after the year of publication.

Authors are expected to consider carefully the list and order of authors before submitting their manuscript and provide the definitive list of authors at the time of the original submission. Any addition, deletion or rearrangement of author names in the authorship list should be made only before the manuscript has been accepted and only if approved by the journal Editor.

Repository and Archiving Policy
CCDJ supports open access principles and encourages authors to disseminate their research widely to maximize its impact. CCDJ permits authors to deposit the following versions of their work in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, or other platforms of their choice:
Pre-print version (submitted manuscript before peer review): Authors may deposit the pre-print version at any time, provided it is clearly stated that the manuscript has not yet been peer-reviewed or accepted.
Post-print version (accepted manuscript after peer review but before publisher formatting): Authors may deposit the post-print version immediately upon acceptance without embargo. A statement should be included to indicate that the paper has been accepted for publication in CCDJ.
Publisher’s Version (Version of Record): Authors are allowed to archive the final published version as provided on the CCDJ website, provided that proper citation is made to the original article, including a DOI link where available.
Attribution and Citation Requirements:
All deposited versions must clearly acknowledge publication in CCDJ by including the following information: article title, author(s), journal name, volume, issue, page numbers, and DOI link.
Licensing and Conditions:
Articles published in CCDJ are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY). Authors and repositories must maintain this licensing information when archiving the article.
Directory Registration:
CCDJ’s repository policy is aligned with open access best practices and is being registered with Diadorim, Sherpa/Romeo, and Mir@bel to enhance policy visibility and compliance with major indexing systems.
