From the monitoring results, information can be obtained whether the installation of solar panels is as expected. However, in some existing studies there are still shortcomings, namely both current and voltage measurements are still carried out manually using a multimeter, so the data taken cannot be recorded continuously. Therefore, the purpose of this tool is to create a measurement monitoring system on the output of solar panels. At the time of measurement to detect current and voltage, a lot of measurement data is needed. Tools and materials used to obtain Solar Panel output data, this system uses two measurement sensors, namely the ACS712 current sensor as a current meter and a voltage sensor. These two measurement sensors will send the current and voltage values ​​to the Arduino Uno microcontroller. The microcontroller will give a command to the stepper motor to move the rheostat wiper so that the resistance on the rheostat will change. Any data that is read by the microcontroller will be continuously sent to the flash that has been installed. The method used is by testing the tool by measuring the output on the solar panel. The results of the measurement of the system as a whole show that the difference between the sensor and the multimeter is 0.126 V for the voltage value and 0.018 A for the current value. Thingspeak is one of the media that helps in the process of remote monitoring or IOT (Internet Of Things). The tools used in the process of making this monitoring system are electric drills, screwdrivers, solders, hole saws, and saws. The materials used are Arduino Mega, Arduino Uno, ESP-01, ultrasonic sensors, soil moisture sensors, DHT 11 sensors, servo motors, plastic crates as water reservoirs, mini water pumps and panel boxes. The method used in the creation of this thesis is the trial and study of literature from previous research. The purpose of making this tool is to help in monitoring the process from the beginning of the planting period to the harvest so as to save the maintenance time. Monitoring is assisted with Thingspeak's media server making remote monitoring easier. This design can be accessed by smartphone or PC that while connected to the internet can be used to monitor hydroganic plants and fish ponds because it is connected to Thingspeak server. So that it can be monitored in real time on your smartphone or PC by looking at the display that has been set up on the Thingspeak server. For the delivery time from the monitoring equipment to the server Thingspeak is 15 seconds so that within 60 minutes there is 240 data that can be obtained and from the server Thingspeak can be retrieved the data in the form of excel. The variables used in this study are the independent variable (budget planning and budget evaluation) and the dependent variable (organizational performance). The method used by the author in this study is a quantitative method with a comparative causal approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using primary data obtained directly from the object of research and distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of the Directorate General of PKH, Ministry of Agriculture with a total of 90 respondents. The sample used was <em>purpose sampling </em>, namely the selection of a group of subjects based on certain characteristics or traits.
