Abstract

The Covid-19 Pandemic has brought significant changes in humankind’s social life worldwide. Furthermore, both on a micro and macro scale, fundamental changes in economic life are companies in developed and developing countries. This study aims to determine the impact this pandemic has had on many companies in these two country categories and find essential lessons that can be used to overcome similar pandemics in the future. We conclude that the business world, in particular, will change significantly after this Pandemic and many essential things must be prepared to face the company activities in the new normal or post-pandemic era

Kusnan Kusnan, Universitas IBA

Kusnan is a Lecturer and versatile professional with nine years of experience in Shariah banking, culminating in a role as Sub Branch Manager at Bank Syariah Mandiri. Holding a Bachelor of Economics (Universitas Jambi) and a Master of Science in Islamic Finance (INCEIF University), he is adept at both quantitative and qualitative research methods. He is active in academic writing, publishing articles in outlets like Inside Indonesia and New Mandala, with a broad research focus spanning Islamic finance, politics, and socio-cultural issues

Rahmi Aryanti, Universitas IBA

Rahmi Aryanti, graduated with a Bachelor's degree (S.1) in Management from Sriwijaya University and a Master's degree (S.2) in Management Science with a specialization in Finance from the University of Indonesia Graduate Program. She has been a lecturer in the Management Study Program at the Faculty of Economics, IBA University, since 1992

Ria Astriyani, Universitas IBA

Ria Astriyani is the Head of the Management Study Program at the Faculty of Economics, IBA University in Palembang, South Sumatra. Her areas of expertise are Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship, and she is particularly strong in organizing community service programs (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat). She obtained her Master's degree from Muhammadiyah University of Palembang

Junaidi Junaidi, STIA Satya Negara

Junaidi, graduated with a Bachelor's degree (S.1) in PMP/IKN Study Program from IKIP Padang and a Master's degree (S.2) in Management Science with a specialization in Finance from the University of Indonesia Graduate Program. He is currently a lecturer in the Public Administration Study Program at STIA Satya Negara
