The publishing operations of CCDJ are managed by Dr. Mochammad Fahlevi as a Sole Proprietorship registered under his name in Jakarta, Indonesia. The firm operates independently without any parent company. It has an office in Jakarta, located at Menara Prima Lantai 29 Jl. DR. Ide Anak Agung Gde Agung, RT.5/RW.2, Kuningan, Kuningan Tim., Kecamatan Setiabudi, Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 12950, which handles administrative operations. Scientific operations for each journal are mainly conducted in the country where the editor-in-chief resides.

CCDJ commenced its operations in 2021 with the launch of its journal, "Central Community Development Journal" which is indexed by several notable databases such as google scholar, garuda, copernicus, etc. The journal is currently under evaluation for inclusion in other renowned databases.

CCDJ does not accept advertising or promotional plans from other publishers. The firm produces a limited number of hard copies for libraries and authors upon request for subscription. These hard copies are prepared by a private company managed by Dr. Mochammad Fahlevi in Jakarta, Indonesia. The firm has never solicited papers from authors and relies on its strong metadata and customized search engine to attract researchers.
